Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 basa fish
  • For marinade:

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp mustard sauce
    • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 2 tsp Refined flour
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Salt to taste
  • For coating:

    • ½ cup nachos
    • ½ cup bread crumbs
    • 2 tsp coriander, chopped
  • For cocktail sauce:

    • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
    • ½ tsp mustard sauce
    • 2 tsp tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • For salad:

    • 1 iceberg lettuce
    • ½ tomato
    • ½ Lemon
    • Salt
PREPARATION
  1. For marinade, take eggs in a deep bowl. Add a little mustard sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, red chilli powder, refined flour and a little lemon juice and mix them well.
  2. Cut the basa fish in two at the centre. Marinate the fish and set aside for five minutes.
  3. To prepare the coating for the marinated fish, take crushed nachos in a separate bowl. Add some breadcrumbs and chopped coriander. Mix them well. Coat the marinated fish pieces with this.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides of the fish. Once fried, transfer it to a serving plate.
  5. For the cocktail sauce, take chopped coriander and mustard sauce in a bowl. Mix it with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
  6. Finally for the salad, mix iceberg lettuce with tomato wedges, lemon juice and salt.
  7. Present the fried fish with cocktail sauce and salad.
