INGREDIENTS
  • for the poita Bhat

    • 1/2 cup buttermilk
    • Salt
    • 2-3 green chillies, chopped
    • 1/2 cup onions
    • 1 cup rice
    • 1 tsp mustard oil
  • for the aloo pitika

    • 4 potatoes
    • Salt
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2-3 tsp green chillies, chopped
    • 2-3 tsp mustard oil
PREPARATION
  1. FOR THE Poita Bhat: In a mixing bowl, add buttermilk, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, cooked rice and mustard oil. Mix it well.
  2. For the aloo pitika: Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies and mustard oil. Mix it well.
  3. Serve the Aloo Pitika with Poita Bhat
