Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup sago, soaked
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • 5-6 dry apricots, sliced
  • ½ cup kiwis, chopped
  • ½ cup plums, chopped
  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • For garnish:

    • Dry apricot
PREPARATION
  1. Pour coconut milk and the sago into a pan.]Stir and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, rose water and sliced dry apricots.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes
  4. When the sago pearls are transparent, put off the flame and set aside the sago mixture to cool.
  5. Take two glasses and add chopped kiwis, chopped plums, chopped strawberries and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Pour the sago, garnished with apricot and serve.
