Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup green tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp green bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 bread slices
  • Cheese as required, grated
  • For garnish:

    • parsley
    • pesto sauce
PREPARATION
  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic, red chilli flakes, crushed black pepper and chopped onion. Add tomatoes, green tomato, green bell pepper (all chopped) along with cherry tomatoes and mix well.
  2. Cut the bread slices into triangular shapes and place the mixture on these bread slices. Add some grated cheese on top of each bruschetta.
  3. Transfer them to a baking dish and bake them for three minutes.
  4. Next, place the bruschetta in a serving plate. Garnish it with some parsley and pesto sauce.
